My experience
I have been a photographer for 10 years and in that time editing images has been a huge part of that process.
I am qualified in newborn photography with the guild of photographers and I have achieved master craftsman status for my panel of butterflies. The butterfly panel involved extensive and intricate editing. View my panel here.
I have been working as a professional editor for 15 months with a regular client who sent me most of her photo shoots and I have had lots of ad hoc clients.
For health reasons I no longer work as a professional photographer and so I am 100% dedicated to editing. I still embark on personal photo projects and enter competitions, regularly winning awards and this keeps my standards high.
The process
I edit using an iMac with a 24 inch 4K pro retina screen and my screen is calibrated using Data Color’s Spider X pro and I use a second BenQ 4K 24 inch screen, which is also calibrated. I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop together to perfect your images.
My RAW to customer ready edit includes:
white balance correction
